Our company specializes in manufacturing,forming and selling of an original and after-market spare parts for European trucks and commercial vehicles like Mercedes, Man, Volvo, Scania, Daf, Renault Air Brake Caliper Repair and Maintenance Kits Like : MERITOR, KNORR, WABCO, SAF, HALDEX well known brands.Our production line consists from two different section ; One of them is ‘’CNC Machining Plant’’ and Second is ‘’Investment Casting Plant’’.In our production line all heavy duty parts made from ‘’4140’’ Alloy Steel material quality with 58 – 62 rockwell hardness ratio.Almost all manufacturers do not prefer to use ‘’ 4140 ’’ steel because of high material prices.Many manufacturers are using 1040 type alloy steel which is more cheaper but the precision and durability is very less.Also it is not required for the safety brake systems by the World Automotive Organisatin of OICA and by the OEM Vehicle manufacturers.
***But as we mention as above we have an Investment Casting Plant because of this we can produce each/day thousand pieces of caliper parts with less time and machining operation with UNS 41400 material quality.Which other manufacturers can not do because of investment casting plant. Thats why we have the chance to increase the quality and to reduce the costs of each caliper parts to prepare the best competitive prices for our customers and export markets.
